Pop Piano Masterclass – Yamaha Keyboard Giveaway

These Official Rules govern the prize contest (“Giveaway”) promoted by the Organizer, in compliance with Italian law (D.P.R. 26 October 2001 n. 430).

1. Title and Type

The initiative is titled “Pop Piano Masterclass – Yamaha Keyboard Giveaway” and constitutes a prize contest (“Concorso a Premi”) under Italian law. The Giveaway is not affiliated with Yamaha or any social platform.

2. Purpose

The Giveaway is organized for promotional purposes related to the Organizer’s educational products.

3. Promotional Period

Valid from 20 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (CET).

4. Territory

Open worldwide unless prohibited by local laws.

5. Eligible Participants

Participation is open to individuals who:

• purchase one of the eligible courses during the Promotional Period;
• provide accurate personal information.

6. How to Participate & Tickets

Participants must:

1. Purchase an eligible course via learn.costantinocarrara.com.
2. Ensure correct registration with a valid email.
3. Accept these Official Rules.

Ticket Allocation

Each participant receives 1 Giveaway ticket per course purchase:

• Pop Piano Masterclass Pro → 1 ticket (always).
• Pop Piano Masterclass ($299) → ticket only if explicitly stated on the sales page.

7. Prize

1 × Yamaha P-225 Keyboard
Value: $599
Non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn randomly on 9 January 2026 in Italy, under supervision of a Notary or Chamber of Commerce official.

9. Notification

The winner will be contacted within 5 working days and must confirm within 7 days. Failure to respond results in assignment to a reserve winner.

10. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered within 180 days. EU shipping covered; non-EU import/custom charges are the winner’s responsibility.

11. Legal Framework

The Giveaway complies with D.P.R. 430/2001, including required filings and guarantees.

12. Privacy

Data processed according to GDPR and Italian law.

13. Responsibilities
